Kaitlyn Garavaglia

Assistant Manager

Kaitlyn didn't have any experience in logistics when she was hired; something you would never guess, based on how well she has acclimated to the industry.

Today, she has the longest tenure at JLG, is a 'go-to' for other staff members, and her continued growth in her position is truly admirable.

Kaitlyn loves cats, music and art, and is a proud mother.

Kaitlyn joined the team in 2017.

Jeff Roach

Logistics Coordinator

Although Jeff comes from a family of logistics professionals, JLG is his first job in the industry.

It has been a very heartwarming 'full circle' experience watching Jeff grow and learn about the UPS accounts that his own father managed up until his recent retirement.

Jeff is originally from Atlanta, GA and is a huge sports fan. Let's go Braves! He also loves animals, and going to concerts.

Jeff joined the team in 2020.

Terry Freeman

Logistics Coordinator & Admin Assistant

Terry is a proud mother to Lindsey Davis, and one of our newest team members.

After many years of watching her daughter love the logistics industry, Terry decided it was time for her to dive head first into the family business.

Terry has a green thumb and loves gardening. When she's not busy with her plants, she likes to cook and read.

Lindsey Davis

Founder and Principal

In 2017, Lindsey left her roots in Missouri and headed for new beginnings in Jacksonville (which couldn't of been more fitting, considering her strong opposition to cold weather).

Lindsey has been in transportation since her teenage years, and remembers her first job in trucking, 'scanning log books' for a home-town trucking company over the summer in high school.

Outside of the office, she enjoys cooking and baking, collecting books, gardening, spending time with family, and spoiling her animals rotten.
